DOMINIO DE PINGUS
Le mythe du vin de Pingus remonte à 1995 lorsque Peter Sisseck, oenologue danois, produit son premier vin de garage. Le domaine Pingus doit son prestige grâce au travail de l'oenologue danois qui s'est formé à Bordeaux et en Californie et mit à l'honneur le cépage autochtone Tinto Fino issu de vieilles vignes. Le Tempranillo est appellé "Tinto Fino" dans la Ribera del Duero.
